We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything. After knowing that this hotel provides family-friendly services, I went there with my partner and kids. We thoroughly enjoyed their services in one of the spacious suites. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with a serene pool area. I loved unwinding at the spa after a long day. It was an unforgettable hotel experience.

Second time we were at this hotel and we absolutely loved it again! It’s very relaxing and they make you feel special. We do the preferred club every time we go and we feel like royalty! “I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. They have plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!” Thank you Comfort inn for make our trip more memorable.

We stayed here in Room 404 on June 3rd and it was s a treat as there were plenty pf USB ports for computer Equipment. The couch needs a definite cleaning was the only bad thing in the room. Also, the beds were too soft for us, but to each his own. Breakfast was a bummer as there were no eggs!

After an incredibly long day, we walked into the lobby and were greeted with the professional enthusiasm usually reserved for visiting royalty by the desk clerk, Ricki (Ricky/Rickie?). Our room, amenities, and dinner recommendation (Ricki again!) were top notch.

We pulled into the parking lot late, seeing it packed I was surprised to see that they still had a room with 2 queens and a sofa for the third guy in our group. I did not have a reservation. Very nice lady at the check in desk and met her daughter in the morning, working the desk, The room was fine, no complaints there. Had the breakfast and all was fine these as well. I's certainly stay here again if I was in North Platte. The price was with tax, $127.

Our stay was fine, but I especially liked the check-in. The associate was very friendly and helpful. She thought to place us in a top floor room so it would be quieter.
